Currently, the parties involved in the negotiations are in the "mandating process" of the Negotiation Process. This phase involves labour unions obtaining a mandate from their members and consolidating the mandates of each union. These mandates will form the basis of the demands that labour will put forward to the employer for consideration. #pscbc #collectivebargaining #pscbcresolutions
