Urgent Care staffing. One option is to rotate your staff individually through different locations and measure their individual performance. Another option is to move a high-performing team to a low-performing site, measure their performance, and then move the low-performing team to the high-performing site. Then, you move the high-performing lead to the low-performing team and vice versa. And only if you're keeping data on this can you actually identify the low-performing cohort and either up-train them or offer them great letters and hope they'll work for your competitors across the street.
