NIGERIA LABOUR ACT - "A SECTION A DAY'' SECTION 48 - APPLICATION (1) This Part is additional to and not in derogation of Part I of this Act but shall not apply to the recruiting of citizens for service as workers in Nigeria if the recruiting - (a) is undertaken by or on behalf of an employer who does not employ more than 25 workers; or (b) is undertaken within a radius of forty kilometres from the place of employment, and is not undertaken by a professional recruiter, that is to say, a person who holds a recruiter's licence.
