Texans should adopt this holiday season to avoid supporting and endorsing out-of-state puppy mills that supply pet stores and sell pets online. What if you want a purebred? The purebred dog you are looking for might be at your local shelter. Did you know that 25% to 30% of dogs in shelters are purebreds?
