Then, talk about the value you bring and how you can solve their specific pain points. It's the influencers that can connect your product's value to the specific business needs of the organization and ultimately communicate that internally. When the time comes to make a purchasing decision, the decision-maker will lean more on the opinions of their trusted leaders than they will on any eGuide or video demo you could send them.
