FORM (Brand) or FUNCTION (Revenue)? It's a SYMPHONY - if done right. I was chatting with a coffee shop owner recently who had a thriving business but felt like they were missing out on something bigger. Their café had a loyal following, but they wanted to take that experience on the road - to festivals, markets, and events where they could reach entirely new customers. The challenge? How to keep their brand’s charm and uniqueness while serving hundreds of cups on the go. That got me thinking—form and function are like the elements of a symphony. Each has its part to play, but when they come together, that’s when the real magic happens. A well-branded trailer can be a showstopper—it’s the first thing people see, and it makes an impression. But that’s only half the story. The trailer also needs to function flawlessly, handling the demand of busy events, all while keeping your coffee shop’s essence intact. Imagine rolling up to an event, your trailer turning heads with its sleek design. People are drawn in before you even start brewing. But once the orders start pouring in, it’s not just about looks anymore—it's about creating a new revenue stream, filling your calendar with events, and serving coffee to crowds that wouldn’t have discovered you otherwise. That’s what happens when form & function are in symphony—your brand gets noticed, and your business grows. So, if you’re ready to take your coffee shop on the road and create that perfect balance of style and substance, think about what this symphony could do for you. And that’s where Pourter comes in. We make sure your coffee shop’s brand and business are in perfect harmony, wherever you go. THE GREAT FESTIVAL FRENZY In a small town, two festival organizers, Alex and Ben, were tasked with hosting the annual SummerFest. Both had the same budget, but different approaches to allocating resources. Alex focused on booking a famous headliner, spending 70% of the budget on a single act. Ben, however, allocated resources across various aspects: - 30% on local talent - 20% on marketing - 20% on food and beverages - 30% on logistics and infrastructure As the festival approached, Alex's headliner canceled due to illness. The event was on the verge of disaster. Meanwhile, Ben's diverse allocation paid off: - Local talent drew large crowds - Effective marketing created buzz - Food and beverages were a hit - Logistics ran smoothly SummerFest was a huge success, with Ben's event attracting twice the attendance and revenue of Alex's. THE MORAL: Allocating resources effectively is crucial in business management. By diversifying and prioritizing resource allocation, you can: - Mitigate risks - Maximize returns - Achieve a competitive edge Remember, it's not just about allocating resources, but also about allocating them wisely. Share your own resource allocation success stories in the comments! Wishing you all a Happy New Month! May it bring new opportunities, growth, and success! #BusinessManagement #ResourceAllocation #FestivalManagement #RiskManagement #SuccessStory #Leadership #Productivity

Bloom of Joy: Uniting Family, Culture, and Commerce in Mexico’s Season of Celebrations Mexico’s festive spring calendar blossoms with three essential and consecutive events deeply embedded in the country’s culture, presenting alluring business opportunities. Firstly, ‘Día del Niño’ (Children’s Day) falls on April 30. This day is dedicated to children’s joy and rights, allowing businesses to create memorable experiences. Close behind is Mother’s Day on May 10, a time to express gratitude to mothers, prompting companies to offer meaningful gifts that encapsulate the essence of this special day. The sequence of celebrations concludes with the ‘Hot Sale,’ lasting until May 23. Initiated by the Mexican Association of Online Sales (AMVO), it is an event designed specifically to stimulate e-commerce by offering consumers enticing digital deals and, ultimately, a broad strategy to encourage online consumer activity. This period marks a rendezvous of Mexico’s traditional celebration fervor with e-commerce, creating fertile ground for businesses to flourish online. The April/May cycle highlights unique aspects of Mexican culture while unveiling mixed business opportunities. Navigating consecutive festivities requires a balanced inventory, marketing, and sales responsiveness strategy. Businesses should anticipate demand surges, ensuring enough stock and staffing. Advertising must be targeted, with messages crafted to match each celebration’s unique themes, enhancing consumer connection. Beyond immediate tactics, prioritizing long-term customer retention is crucial in building lasting relationships and loyalty beyond the festive periods. Uniting Tradition with Innovation: Baby Circus Paves Its Way Observing the seamless integration of culture, tradition, and innovation, navigating these spirited springtime celebrations, digital strategies, and others during the rest of the year with diligence and strategic insight has allowed companies like us to evolve—from dominating the traditional retail arena to a more contemporary and flourishing online presence—which is becoming more vital daily. Join Baby Circus in commemorating these monumental events. Every product we offer is a testament to the quality of Mexican manufacturing. Together, we continue creating experiences that resonate with families today and for generations ahead. #DíadelNiño #MothersDay #HotSale #AMVO #BusinessOpportunities #EconomicImpact #MexicanManufacturing

Summer is here, and this time with it comes a new chapter in my life. After an incredible five years at Briox, it's time for me to move on, leave my role as Chief Marketing Manager and member of the Lead Team, and embrace the summer. When I first joined Briox, I had the unique opportunity to build the marketing department from the ground up. It has been an incredible experience to shape our brand, refine our company strategies, and implement effective marketing tactics. During my time at Briox, I had the pleasure of working with an amazing team and achieving great milestones. I just need to share few highlights of what we accomplished together: - Implemented a new brand identity and cohesive look and feel. - Achieved consistent revenue growth quarter after quarter, expanding our customer and partner base, and solidifying our market position in the Micro Business segment. - Expanded and opened business operations in three new countries. - Developed marketing strategies and processes focused on sustainable growth. - Shaped the company’s digital marketing and digital sales approach. - Built a robust Marketing Tech Stack, new website and enabling data-driven work and decision-making. - Integrated AI into our daily marketing operations. And this is just a few of the steps forward in shaping the future and the foundation of Briox’s saga- and I encourage everyone to follow their journey here on LinkedIn! My roles at Briox have been filled with rapid try and fail fast, pushing boundaries, and challenging both myself and the organization to explore what's new. Leading a publicly listed company was a new and exciting experience for me, especially engaging with the IR community and understanding that aspect of the business landscape. We travelled across Finland and the Baltics, gaining insights into various business environments, including accounting, business establishment, business finances and SaaS. I just love the highs and lows of building a company, and Briox has provided it all. But with that said, I have chosen to continue my journey after receiving an opportunity that I couldn’t refuse—a chance to keep growing and learning. I'm ready to switch gears and start a new but well known chapter, this time on Swedish ground but continuing to do what I am passionate about: building, communicating, leading and growing. More details will come after some quality time with family and friends! Wishing you all a wonderful summer! 🧡

In today’s remote work landscape, over 70% of employees report feeling more isolated, and 67% say that lack of in-person interaction impacts their ability to collaborate effectively. 🎯 This week, I had the pleasure of hosting team-building wonton classes for Vinted and Zalando, and it was a powerful reminder of the importance of creating intentional spaces for teams to connect beyond screens. Investing in social quality time boosts morale, strengthens collaboration, and brings back the human connection many teams are missing. ✨ Curious about creating an engaging, hands-on experience for your team? Let’s talk! 🗨️ Thanks to Léna CALVARIN from Vinted, and Maeddine Touak from Zalando for your trust and for providing your team a memorable culinary experience! 🙏 #teambuilding #remotework #EmployeeEngagement #leadership #mentalhealth
🎉 This week has been incredible seeing companies like Vinted and Zalando invest in their teams and bring everyone together for some much-needed bonding! 💛 It’s so heartwarming to witness the smiles, laughter, and connections being built over something as simple (and delicious) as wontons 🥟✨. In a world of remote work, these moments of social quality time with colleagues mean so much more. The energy during our wonton classes this week was unforgettable, and we can’t wait to create more of these special experiences for YOUR team! 🌟 Whether you’re a company looking to boost morale, or a group of friends wanting a unique way to spend time together, we’ve got you covered! 👇 Book a team event or private group session with us: Simply DM us here over LinkedIn or send your request via our contact form on via our webpage: www.reverie-berlin.com Let’s make those remote days a little more connected and a lot more delicious 🥢💬 #teambuilding #culinaryexperience #groupevent #cookingclass #investinyourteam #mentalhealth

Two buns one stone today, and a double celebration. 🥳 It’s Cinnamon bun day here in Sweden, one of the best holidays ever invented if you too have a soft spot for buttery squidgy baked goodness 🥳 It’s my 3 year anniversary at Remote That means it was time for my annual pilgrimage to my local bakery to pick up a treat [or two… okay it was a special deal and I bought three, no judging 😂] and reflect upon my work and experiences. The last year has seen me shift my focus purely to existing business, partnering with a phenomenal team of Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to really get to know our customers and ensure they have the right solutions. It’s been a whirlwind of demos, decks and deep deep discovery 🪩 If I were to sum up my reflections in one word to describe the year that was and indeed where I still am it would be growth: 🚀Growing our product suite 🚀Growing our ability to meet customer needs 🚀Growing our way of working, and just growing up 🚀Growing our teams - so many new, fantastic SCs have joined 🚀Growing out my grey hairs and all-in on embracing this maturity business Growth isn’t too shabby a place to be, right?! So, happy Remot-a-versary to me, and looking forward to the year ahead for even more growth. LFG. #remote #remoteworklife #ichooseremote #growth #workanniversary

This past year has been nothing short of extraordinary, and we owe so much of that success to our incredible partners. To those who trusted our vision—bringing education, elegance, and creativity —we thank you. Some goals for 2025 The new year brings exciting opportunities for growth, challenges to overcome, and new tastings to share. Our goals for 2025 are ambitious, but they align with our passion for evolving the cannabis experience: 1. From storytelling about our journey to sharing actionable insights, our goal is to connect with new audiences both online and offline. 3. In-Home and Digital Programs: • As we continue to host public and private tastings, we’re also designing in-home educational kits and programs that will allow enthusiasts to enjoy High Maintenance experiences from anywhere.
