Have you seen ABA company recruiters try to recruit BCBAs in one-liners? Lots of these recruiters do not even know how to pronounce the areas they are hiring in! Places like "Chesapeake" stumping them on pronunciation. Example:/ Hiring for BCBA in VA- clinic based. Hiring part time remote role in AZ Looking for BCBAs to join our team in NC I'm sorry, but the industry needs to do better in describing in detail what exactly they are looking for when they are hiring a candidate and what the position entails! This is an element of big ABA making our industry look like 💩 Thoughts?

I always think it is best to look at the actual role you are applying for! 🤗 Applying for a £60k Cleint Manager role in Practice when you have spent 20 years' working as a clinical scientist may not work. 🤔 I'm all for changing career path with the right motivation and sacrifice ( and I will try to help) but Could it be... 😮 You have not looked at the role and just pressed SEND 😮 No explanation, no covering note and just a random C.V. 😀 If I can see a reason why you have applied and there is some effort, then I will always try to help. 😡 Sending you C.V randomly to 100 different (and clearly not relevant jobs) and hoping that something sticks is not always the best policy.
