Exciting progress at our Dream Courts project! Our team kicked off the concrete pour at 2 AM, working through the night to pour 783 cubic yards of concrete for the Dream Courts Sports Complex in Pittsburg, CA. This massive slab-on-grade foundation is a major milestone in constructing the 42,352-square-foot facility, featuring five multi-purpose courts and top-tier amenities. We recently completed construction of the new Coffeebar Bakery, transforming a former financial office into a spacious, modern bakery and coffee shop. Located at Stoneman Park, Dream Courts will offer residents and sports enthusiasts world-class facilities. Our team has been hard at work, importing soil and preparing the building pad, along with performing utility tie-ins to get the site ready for the next phase of construction. Our team at Huff Construction is making incredible progress on the Devonwood Affordable Housing project in Merced, CA! After just two months of hard work, several buildings are currently being framed, with underground electrical and plumbing installations well underway at other building sites. We’re thrilled to see the Devonwood community taking shape so efficiently, thanks to our dedicated team operating like a well-oiled machine.
