Disagreeableness is defined as a personality trait marked by a strong sense of independence, assertiveness and willingness to challenge the status quo in social situations (sound familiar 😉 ?) Agreeableness is often prized in leadership, and disagreeable is often overlooked. Even though this trait holds profound importance in driving innovation, fostering critical thinking, and challenging the status quo.
