🎯 Q4 is Here, Rates are DOWN, Inventory is UP - It’s Time to Make Moves in Real Estate! 🏡 2024 has been a challenging year in real estate—just ask any mortgage or real estate professional. But as I wrap up Q3 and crunch the numbers for my CPA, I realized something powerful: 2024 has been one of my most fruitful years yet! 💼 2023 was my second-best year in 12 years, with $8,000,000 in sales and 18 families helped. But guess what? 2024 is on track to surpass it! So far, I’ve had the privilege of assisting 17 families and closing over $7,000,000 in real estate transactions by the end of Q3. 🌟 Now I’m setting a big goal: $10,000,000 for 2024! That means I need to close another $3,000,000 in Q4. Sounds ambitious? It is—but I’ve done it before! Last year, I went from $5,000,000 by Q3 to hitting $8,000,000 by year-end, and I know I can do it again. 👉 But I know I cannot do it alone, so I’m calling on all my friends, family and loyal past clients for help. #missionaccomplished finally, I get to post this story, and what an excellent example of #destiny launching to the market back in 2023 a buyer was secured in the first few weeks of marketing and we all thought we'd had a win but unfortunately due to some sloppy service from a broker the buyer couldn't secure the mortgage and their credit file was penalised from multiple searches to lenders, the earnings were there but a personal financial commitment was preventing the lend (and the broker missed it) the buyer had to leave the market and focus on repairing their credit profile that had been impacted. we headed back to market and resold pretty quickly, but then after a few months, the chain collapsed, and we once more found ourselves back to square one... however, due to the time lapsed, our first buyers had managed to repair their credit report and was ready to buy..... nervous and tentatively we worked to put the sale back together and last week I handed the keys to the house that was fated to be their home... everything always happens for a reason, and their faces on completion day were priceless!!!
