Here is an open letter to the talent acquisition fraternity on the blatant lies they sell; Let’s cut to the chase: the lie we sell is as old as time. We boast about hiring someone with "ZERO experience," claiming we took a chance, and suddenly, they're scaling the corporate ladder. But let's face it, it's a stupid template that's used by thousands of professionals every year. Here are just a few snippets of the same in the picture below. While this will still not change any narrative, it's time we bring into conversation: How often do we overlook this charade? About time we embrace genuine diversity, and give real chances to those who don't fit the mold. Let’s break free from the cycle of deceit and truly practice what we preach.
