The quality of hiring is becoming increasingly important to leaders, but it is challenging to track and measure. To do it effectively, employers must identify what qualifies as a 'quality hire' and choose the variables they'll measure. This opens the door for more targeted, strategic partnerships with recruitment firms. According to LinkedIn's 'The Future of Recruiting 2024' report, talent leaders consider five key factors when measuring the quality of hire. Click through the images to learn more. There has also been a shift in how companies define 'quality of hire'. Employers increasingly seek candidates with soft skills that allow them to interact effectively in the workplace, such as communication, leadership, and analytical abilities. In fact, six of the ten most sought-after skills on LinkedIn are soft skills.
