C&B is well known dealer for John Deere equipment and took my interest seriously. ➡️What has been the highlight of your internship? Getting to network with people inside and outside of C & B. Also getting to experience and understand things about C & B and John Deere in general. ➡️What is something new you learned about John Deere equipment industry? I have learned about the measures C & B takes to keep equipment moving and the process behind how equipment goes from the factory to the farms.

Recently my internship here at Fayetteville Country Club as a Co Inventory Manager has come to a close. During the four weeks of my internship, I have worked in receiving and processing merchandise, performed a flow of merchandise, and assisted in conducting inventory. Three times a week we receive new merchandise that must be processed and tagged. The flow of merchandise entails moving merchandise to expand spacing and ensure proper flow. This week we conducted inventory which allows us to track stock for documentation purposes. Through these processes, I have learned the importance of accuracy and efficiency. 

Things that I have learned from my internship this week: How to analyze sales from the week and compare them to prior weeks. Coming up with creative ways to create a cohesive window display that correlates with our newest drop. Providing accurate sizing measurements to customers.

As I head into the last week of my internship I have just a few thoughts and takeaways that I share below. As I enter week 4 of my summer internship with the Altria Family as a territory sales manager, I'd like to share a few things I have learned and have started implementing in my sales journey in just a small period of time! - Learning how consumer insights are used to make decisions and form sale's conversations. - Learning to use data to my advantage when presenting store offers. - Learning how major chain stores and independent stores differ in their strategy of business. ( Allows me to see different perspectives in the business world) - Learning how to identify sales opportunities , distribution gaps, low inventory skus, and out of stocks. - Utilizing pre and post call assessments to assess Visibility, Inventory, and Pricing requirements for our products. -Learning how important culture is within the independent store business. Lastly, how important it is to communicate with your peers to learn different strategies in sales. So far, this has been an amazing experience! So I'd like to thank GOD for blessing me with this opportunity as I continue to learn and grow as a individual.

This summer, I had a fantastic experience as a marketing intern at Churchill Downs Racetrack. One of my key projects was aimed at enhancing fan engagement for the race seasons. To achieve this, I synthesized insights from an in-person engagement survey and then crafted and delivered a deck to the VP of Marketing and Partnerships. I’m grateful for the support from the entire team. Thanks to Matthew Noskow, MBA, Casey (Cook) Ramage, and the Ed Brown Society. As I wrapped up my internship, I was taught some valuable advice that I’d like to share: Career: Avoid work drama. Life: Listen more—truly absorb. Mindset: If you enjoy what you do daily, it will make it easier to go through life.

I just completed Red Bull's Virtual Internship through Forage ✨ These are the key points which I learned during this Internship tenure :- 1. Completed a job simulation where I advised a Red Bull on how they could grow one of their key accounts. 2. Analyzed a data set from one of Red Bull's key accounts and prepared a summary of my findings and recommendations to my manager, including how Red Bull could grow that account. 3.
