Why employer brand matters? In today's job market, where candidates have options aplenty, companies need to cultivate compelling employer brands to stand out from the crowd. Why does it matter? Well, consider this scenario: You receive two job offers – one from like Microsoft and another from a lesser-known company. You're naturally inclined towards Microsoft because of its strong brand presence. Meanwhile, the other company has to invest significant resources to recruit you. Companies with strong employer brands don't chase after candidates – candidates seek them out. Moreover, these companies proactively invest in retaining their employees by offering enticing benefits and growth opportunities. They're not reactive; they're constantly evolving to stay ahead of the curve. As I delve deeper into the nuances of employer branding, I'm inspired to help companies harness the power of their brand to create workplaces that attract, retain, and nurture talent. After all, building a strong employer brand isn't just about recruiting – it's about shaping a culture where employees thrive and flourish. #employerbranding #talentmanagement #HRstrategies

❓ If there’s no Employer Branding in the company tomorrow, what will happen to the business in 1-2 years? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments 👇 Here are my ideas: → Online reputation declines as negative feedback goes unrefuted → CV flow decreases as no one is actively stimulating it → Time to offer increases as candidates become less loyal and less interested in the opportunities → Company culture becomes blurred, and employees struggle to promote it effectively → The brand becomes unclear, with various formats and images that fail to connect with a cohesive identity #EmployerBrand #Strategy #Survey

In today's competitive job market, it's not just the candidates who have to impress the employers. Employers need to stand out too. That's where employer branding comes in. It's not a new concept, but it's been gaining a lot of traction lately. And for good reason. A strong employer brand can make all the difference in attracting and retaining top talent. So, what exactly is employer branding? It's how your company is perceived by both current and potential employees. It's your reputation as an employer. And it's more important than ever. Candidates have options, and they're likely doing their homework on your company before they even apply. What will they find when they look you up? Do you have a positive online presence? Are your employees your best advocates? These are the things that can set you apart from the competition. So, how do you build a strong employer brand? Start from the inside out. Your employees are your best brand ambassadors. Invest in them, and they'll invest in you. Highlight what makes your company a great place to work. Share employee stories and testimonials. Showcase your company culture. And don't forget to keep an eye on your online reputation. #LinkedIn are popular destinations for job seekers. What are people saying about your company there? Finally, be authentic. Your employer brand should reflect who you are as a company. It's not just about perks and benefits (though those are nice too). It's about the intangibles - the things that make your company unique. Remember, your employer brand isn't just a marketing tool. It's a key part of your recruitment strategy. And in today's job market, you can't afford to overlook it. #employerbranding #recruitment #talentacquisition #hr #humanresources #people #employeeexperience #business #strategy #hrstrategy #work #workplace #culture #linkedin #linkedinconnections #aach

👉 88% of job seekers consider a company's employer brand when applying for a job. 👉 Companies that invest in employer branding are 3X more likely to make a quality hire. 👉 72% of recruiting leaders around the world agree that employer branding has a significant impact on hiring 🤯 Need more stats? Having a solid employer branding is more crucial than ever, and yet we still see top companies making basic mistakes... Some basic tips 👇 👋 Invest in your "About me" and Careers" page. It's the first thing candidates will look at. ✍️ Ask your employees to review you on external review platforms such as Glassdoor or Indeed. Anonymous feedback goes a long way to build trust. 🤹 Share real stories: Share real stories from your employees. Authenticity resonates more with potential hires than polished corporate speak. 📱 Engage on Social Media: Be active and engaging on social platforms. Showcasing your company culture and responding to comments can make a big difference. 🤝 Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure your recruitment process is smooth and respectful. A positive experience can turn candidates into advocates for your brand. Investing time and resources into these areas will not only attract top talent but also retain the great employees you already have. 🔥 #employerBranding #Recruiting #candidateExperience

Apply now on www.xxxx.com/career As a TA or EB expert , you may have noticed that most employer branding posts always end with a call to action (CTA). But have you ever wondered if it's enough to prompt candidates to apply? When it comes to a decision as significant as one's career, candidates need more than just a simple CTA. Think about it; would you buy a product or book a holiday after viewing just one Instagram post? The same goes for applying for a job. Candidates need to build a perspective in their minds, and that's where employer brand touchpoints come in. Did you know that on average, talent needs 6-8 employer brand touchpoints before applying? And even more for highly passive talent! So, how do you make candidates apply? Take them on a journey. Some considerations - Start by showcasing your culture and employee experience through your people , then drill down to life in specific departments/roles, meeting the leaders and colleagues, and exploring key benefits.
