A: 11 years Q: What is your history with the company? A: I started out 11 years ago as a skilled laborer; with hard work and determination I worked hard and obtained my Class B CDL, with a tanker endorsement. I can operate the distributors, service trucks, dozers, pavers, shuttle buggy, rollers, skid steers and loaders. Q: What work accomplishments are you most proud of? A: I always wanted to drive the big trucks even as a little boy so I’m most proud of my CDL's and all the equipment I have learned to operate. Q: Name 3 things you like most about Thompson-Arthur? A: Opportunity training, boot program, and hours guarantee. Q: Who inspires you at work? A: Jeff Johnson Sr.; he taught me the ropes. Q: What is the best advice you could give a new hire at our company? A: Show up every day, make yourself valuable to the company, and learn skills that will follow you no matter where you go. Q: What is a lesson you’ve learned during your career? A: Always do the right thing! Q: What is your favorite activity away from work? A: I enjoy working on cars, my talent is installing stereos and lighting. Q: If you could have any superpower, what would it be? A: I would like to run fast like the Flash. Q: Do you have any nicknames? A: Bruno Q: What job in the company you would like to have? A: Vice President Q: What is your dream job? A: Pilot; I want to fly airplanes.
