Very interesting, thank you for sharing. You're absolutely right that collaboration with technical security and regular training of museum staff is the only way to improve the building's protection. I know that a lot of information about processes and security levels leaks from the inside, but the figure of 89-93 % shocked me. Another interesting fact is that reconstruction work very effectively camouflages the preparation for a crime or even its commission. I completely agree with this. During my time in the museum security department, we even increased security measures during the installation period and installed a temporary video surveillance system. Often, exhibits were damaged during installation since the main security systems were not yet installed. This is important stage, and it needs to be controlled as thoroughly as the exhibition period itself
