#RETAIL: CHOOSE YOUR #BATTLES If you look side-by-side at the maps of the presence of large #supermarket #brands on the map of the Europe, you notice a interesting thing. Not many players go Head-on-compete with other players on all #markets possible. Because in retail it is insanity to be under pressure in all of your markets, squeezing your margins away. The aftermath of these pictures is that smaller, local players will have it increasingly difficult to stay afloat with these giants, unless holding very unique geo-#footprint. Especially so in #online-#groceries time that is ahead of us. Ps: There is error in original infographic from amazingmaps in Billa case.
