But when the same person is asking for an intercontinental dish, an African cuisine meal, or even a Chinese meal, a veg meal , it's easier for us to recommend eateries that solve that need. This is why you must know how to solve your customers need and Here's how... 1. Know your customer, their pain, their story as well 2. Know your industry and pay attention to the complaints of clients, you can get these from comments and day to day transactions 3. I recently read an insightful article on "making" vs. "milking" strategies, and it struck a chord with a recent project. It's like choosing between crafting gourmet dishes or squeezing the last bit from the tube. Our team faced the classic dilemma: should we innovate new features or optimize pricing to boost revenue? We decided to balance both. By enhancing our product’s value with new features (making) and optimizing our pricing strategy (milking), we managed to capture more value from our existing customers and attract new ones.
