When our friends at Female Footballers mentioned a "mental health menu" as a tool for athletes to use in their programming, we thought it would be fun to team up to share the concept, an example, and a template for you to fill out yourself! Each section of the menu is meant to offer ideas at differing lengths of time, so that you always have a tool to utilize even when you're busy... because you do always have 5 minutes in your day for YOU! https://lnkd.in/exrR82XA

"How do we make kids stronger in the future?" is a topic addressed by Family Physician Dr. Gilboa and Toy Executive Rachele Harmurth. This YouTube presentation [time 9:00 / 20:28] really gets interesting when "MESH" is explained. We can help build life skills like perseverance and adaptability through play patterns. My favorite aspect of this focus on play is about how can we "Draw kids and their adults together" (building communication & bonds). Great topic and challenge for toy and game makers! #learningthroughplay #toynews #preschoolgames #boardgames #womenintoys #toyindustry #toyfair #boardgamedesign #mermazinggame #toytrends #MESHhelps
