1. Information is actionable - data, alone, is not. 2. Decision makers can’t make decisions with information they cannot trust. Addressing these concepts in PMTC's “information-centric” FoReSight Framework were the takeaways from Marcus O'Mahony's keynote talk ISPE Ireland Affiliate at TU Dublin. The framework proposes a way to use data to support decision-making in drug manufacturing that is aligned with regulations.
