Both! Depending on how you approach it neither should be a stoping point. If you go to collage once you have expierence that degree will kick in. If you have years of experience and no degree at some point there is a cap and it will be harder to move from mid level to Sr. Level management. It's finding the balance between the 2 paths or the point of interception for both paths that a person will benefit from.
