⭐️ Here’s the survey link: https://lnkd.in/eSRZnjk3 📣 The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women), in collaboration with The Bahamas Development Bank (BDB), is conducting a needs assessment on financial instruments for women-owned micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) related to areas such as sustainable tourism, agricultural, cultural and creative industries in The Bahamas. This survey’s objective is to better understand the context and issues that are affecting women MSMEs in these areas. This survey is intended for women business owners/leaders and women entrepreneurs based in The Bahamas. If you are one, we would appreciate you completing it. If you are not, we encourage you to share it with women entrepreneurs and leaders in The Bahamas that you may know.

Our Founder said this at the Women Deliver conference last year and it is still just as relevant now. This year’s International Women's Day theme is inclusion. This is a reminder of the unequivocal need to ensure that women are included in all spaces of decision making that affects us as the human race. At the Trust we do this through advocacy for women’s financial inclusion, women entrepreneurship support through Graça Machel Trust Women Creating Wealth Programme, gender lens investing here on the continent through #Afrishela, and recognising that we need to start early, through the Pan African Adolescent Girls’ Movement.
