Team bonuses, do you offer them? I think they’re a great incentive, they’re great for bringing the team closer together. I changed the way we do bonuses in January, now it’s all about the team working together. Since then, I’ve noticed a change. The team worked well together before but now they’re even more collaborative now than ever! They’ve increased the teamwork and have really boosted morale, no one is left behind! Lunch with my section👌🏻You might think - ” that is a small section” And yes, even though one colleague couldn’t make it today, we are a small team. But, it’s not all about numbers, it’s what’s inside and what we do with it. The famous WHAT and HOW. The “what” is the easy part, the things you can see and the “how” is the tricky part - the things you can’t see. Not every company can be Gong Outside of Lamanna and JC, these 2 companies represent a lot of the people I see on LinkedIn making waves. In all seriousness, this is my favorite partnership I've ever seen on LinkedIn JR Butler is a great guy. First words out of his mouth when I DMed him that I liked his content - "how can I help" And what better group of people to support than transitioning athletes and veterans? Dylan Rheault seems like a genuine guy and is always sharing other people's wins. We all grow together 🚀 One of the realest people on this platform, CT Falk told me to check out the work that Apex Revenue was doing. Said months ago that they were going to change the game 🔥 They only hire in person so it wasn't in alignment at the time, but I followed Justin Middleton and have seen them take off. Then more and more people started popping up. Added CEO Joey Gilkey off a comment he made about being holistic without even realizing he was with Apex. Ryan Reisert, Josh Braun, and Morgan Ingram were the first 3 LinkedIn influencers I knew of before I was even active on LinkedIn. So when I saw Ryan was involved, I knew it was legit Thomas W. Hey Y’all! Let’s get personal for a moment and join forces. 💪 I often think the perfect time for us to reflect on the profound impact of unity and how we can continue fostering a culture of togetherness within our team, is around holidays. But why are we not reflecting on a day-to-day basis? When each team member feels encouraged, togetherness blossoms. If you exist as a source of encouragement, offer helpful feedback, and promote open communication, you'll see this firsthand. Creating customs and themes inside the team strengthens the bond between members. These customs, which can include anything from a weekly team meeting to a monthly celebration of accomplishments or a shared lunch, foster continuity and solidarity that go beyond the daily responsibilities. They also help to ensure alignment. The sense of unity grows when every person feels appreciated and included. By embracing the strength of unity, we strengthen our resistance to impending problems and improve the culture at work.
