Position Name: Service Excellence Specialist (SES) #CreditAdmin #Midoffice #CreditDocumentation JD:- Legal Documentation and Credit Admin Services: Provide comprehensive support in handling legal documentation and credit administration activities within the specified portfolio. Collaborate closely with the Cluster Manager to ensure efficient delivery of all actionables. Sanction Letter Issuance: Issue sanction letters in strict adherence to the terms and conditions specified in the sanction agreements. Security Documentation: Manage the issuance of security documents according to the terms outlined in the sanction agreements. Verification and Scrutiny: Verify constitutional documents such as MOA, Partnership Deeds, and authorizations for availing facilities and executing documents. Scrutinize executed documents to ensure proper execution. ROC/CERSAI Compliances: Ensure the registration of security charges in favor of the bank with relevant authorities. Facilitate the removal of non-required charges as necessary. Document Checking and Limit Loading: Ensure the proper execution of documents and compliance with sanction terms. Obtain approvals for deferrals in case of non-submission or discrepancies. Handle limit loading in bank systems and manage security/collateral updates. Security Creation/Perfection: Coordinate with clients and other banks to create and perfect security in line with approved terms. Client Visits and Consortium Meetings: Visit clients’ offices for document execution related to sanctioned credit facilities. Attend consortium meetings for document execution and negotiation. Resolve service issues with clients in coordination with internal stakeholders. Custodian Responsibilities: Ensure the proper care and safety of documents held in FRFC. Adhere to laid-down processes and procedures for document storage. Document Tracking and Closure of Deferrals: Track documents for receipt, deferral, and expiry using designated systems. Ensure timely closure of deferrals by arranging necessary documents and approvals. Monitor deferrals for regularization and escalate to relevant stakeholders when necessary. Liaison and Coordination: Collaborate with business teams, legal, credit, relationship managers, CPC, audit, and service providers to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Resolve issues and answer queries effectively. MIS Maintenance and Reporting: Maintain necessary Management Information System (MIS) for reporting purposes. Project Management: Ensure completion of allocated projects within specified timeframes. Audit Handling: Manage RBI/Internal/Statutory/Concurrent audit requirements efficiently.
