Wow! #PCMACL introduced event sponsorship experts to a variety of ways to create memorable experiences for attendees. I loved the sponsored restroom, Uber ads, and drone show - but they weren't new to us. At EMC Outdoor we have nearly 250 partnerships that expand event organizer and sponsorship teams' capacity. Logistically managing so many players, permits, and schedules is our strength. Partnering allows #eventprofs to focus on the daily tasks required to keep attendees engaged. If #associations and #nonprofits want to help sponsors create impactful experiences that drive booth traffic and grow brand awareness, we can help. If you saw something in Houston you'd love to do but don't have the capacity, we can help. Comment below or DM me to grow you sponsorship capabilities. P.S. PCMA is not a partner. Many teams don't have the internal resources to execute so many high impact sponsorships. That's where EMC Outdoor shines ☀️

A frequently asked question is "How much is it to enter the awards?" Answer: Nothing. Zero. It's FREE! It doesn't matter whether you are nominating someone else, or completing a self-nomination, it is entirely free. There are no entry fees, no finalist fees and no hidden marketing packages to pay for. The only cost involved are tickets to the big night itself, which has a reputation for being the most INCREDIBLE NIGHT in the equestrian industry, with hidden surprises, memories made and opportunities to connect and reconnect with the very best in the equestrian community. The cost of tickets is low in comparison to awards in other niche sectors and goes towards the running of the event. We have not raised the ticket cost since 2021. Why don't we charge? We feel it is entirely unethical to charge businesses and professionals to enter awards. Integrity is one of our core values and it feels wrong to charge fees. Businesses and professionals deserve recognition regardless of their ability to pay. Why penalise businesses and professionals by charging them? We also believe in being inclusive. Small businesses are finding it trickier than ever to keep going with spiraling costs. We don't believe in putting in the barrier of extra costs - we are in this together! We also provide marketing help, such as writing press releases, for free. We can also point you in the direction of equestrian specific marketing and business experts from our network if you would like further support. Teamwork makes the dream work!
