We're thrilled to introduce Lindsay Fritz, our new Personal Trainer here at IM ABLE! Lindsay brings a wealth of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed (COAT/L) and Certified Personal Trainer, with a deep passion for fitness and empowering individuals with disabilities. Her journey started with Easter Seals, where she honed her skills as a Vocational Specialist before transitioning into occupational therapy. Lindsay's background spans diverse environments from acute care to schools, with a special focus on pediatric clients. Her dedication to the adaptive community is further bolstered by her Personal Training Certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Lindsay is eager to merge her expertise in functional movement and the mind-body connection to help athletes of all abilities achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives through fitness.
