Again, as long as men see this problem as either a) a "women's issue" or b) a weapon to be used against them, change won't happen. Sexual harassment of women has specific benefits for men in the workplace. Men don't have to perpetrate harm themselves to benefit from reduced competition, for instance. Harassment definitively drives women out of workplaces and even entire sectors, deepening sex segregated labor patterns and wage inequalities. Women who remain, particularly those with more authority and power, are more likely to end up isolated as a result of systemic harassment. All of this, additionally, contributes to men also suffering when they are harassed because they are more likely to be stigmatized and ignored.
