I'm hiring for an SDR at Fourth 🫡 You need to love the phones and love hard work. Our top reps avg. 60+ dials/day, and you will be calling restaurant operators about payroll - it's not a glamorous market. But it is rewarding. Multiple reps averaging 100%+ of quota attainment. Supportive coaching environment and connected remote culture. Promotion path is very real here, stay tuned, a couple of promotions to be announced in the next few days... Last job post we had 944 candidates, of that 944, ~20 reached out multi-channel, we met with 15 and hired 2. That is 2% of total applicants showing me they know how to cut through the noise. How to not get an SDR job. I hear this a lot. "I want to work remotely" That can't be your reason for wanting to be in sales. There's loads of remote jobs out there. Working remotely as an SDR or AE is the byproduct of being good at this skill set, it's not a good motivator. You will fail miserably at this role if your only reason for doing it, is because you want to work from home.
