If you're not giving detailed feedback to the recruiter you're working with the partnership won't be successful. As recruiters, we need to know what you're thinking. What do you like, what don't you like, what would you change, why someone isn't a good fit, etc etc... you get the idea. Giving feedback like "not quite right" or "not for us" is useless. Without feedback, we can't change our search criteria or know the right questions to ask to assess people against your requirements. If you ever received the right profiles without giving feedback, it was luck. It also creates a really bad candidate experience. People need to know how to improve and why they didn't get the job with you. Web3 is a small, close-knit community. Word will get around that you don't provide feedback and the candidate experience when interviewing is rubbish. Eventually, people will stop applying for your jobs, and hiring will be 10X harder in the future.
