I love how exciting and different my job is, every day. Sometimes I feel like a sponge, just trying to take in as much information and knowledge as possible from as many different sources as possible, then disseminating that information through a variety of means and channels. It's a very strategy-focused job, which makes it fun and challenging. I am never bored! 🎬 What is a must-watch movie that you would recommend, and why? Silver Linings Playbook, because it’s funny, perfectly acted, and a great depiction of a variety of mental health struggles.

If you're not taking care of the customer, take care of someone who does is a transformational mantra. By ensuring that every team member understands the importance of taking care of your customers, even if they are not directly interacting with them, you're able to provide a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
