I know I have a lot of fans out there watching quietly. So, this post is for you as well as for the job seekers. If you could take a second to like this post, it would mean a lot to me! I started this business about a year and a half ago, but if we are being honest, those first six months were just trying to understand the basics of running a business. Contrary to popular LinkedIn belief, you are, in fact, not an expert at everything the minute you start doing it. I’m totally okay with admitting that. I had pretty much no business development experience and a tight runway of cash. I was lucky that I got my first placement only a month and a half in, but it's not lucky that I'm still in business. I knew I was going to do whatever it took, even if that meant working nights at an Amazon factory or part-time at Starbucks. I never actually got there, but I’m not ashamed to say I investigated both options. I just knew that I was a good recruiter, and I'd work hard to figure out what I didn't know. What I didn’t know is that I’d be here a year and a half into my journey and actively recruiting for eight different roles with another handful on the way. I didn’t know how well clients would respond to the idea of getting away from large agencies. In fact, they like the idea of working with an independent recruiter, disrupting the status quo. I can’t thank all my clients and candidates enough who have supported my dream over the past year and a half! Now, it’s time to get back to work to fill these roles. 😎 - Software Architect must have leadership experience and understanding of the construction space - Senior - Boston/Hybrid - DevOps Engineer - Mid Level - Remote or NYC* - QA Lead - Senior Level - Remote or NYC* - Protocol Engineer, must have Web3 or Blockchain experience - JR/Mid-Level - Hybrid NYC - Systems Administrator - Mid/SR Level - Onsite, Burlington, Vermont - 1099 Backend Software Engineer - Payment Portal and integration experience - Remote or NYC* - 1099 Full Stack Engineer - Payment Portal and user registration - Remote or NYC* - 1099 IT and Security Administrator - Remote or NYC * P.S. If there are any Senior Account Managers reading this in NYC with experience selling technology services or solutions to the CPG market, please reach out! It's not my usual role, but it's a big need for one of my clients. *All remote roles are in Eastern time zone working hours, and candidates must live full-time in the US.
