Big businesses have been pulling back on DEI. And it's not just internal initiatives--it's also grant programs designed to support minority entrepreneurs. TikTok, Progressive, and PepsiCo are just a few of the corporate giants to have rolled back such programs, Bruce Crumley reports for Inc. Magazine. And those changes seem to be sparking similar rollbacks at smaller organizations. "Unfortunately, it may mean [that] a historic problem for entrepreneurs of color and those from other minority communities may get worse," Bruce writes.
