this is horrifying it is legal animal abuse that we are not addressing unregulated, backyard breeding, which is nothing but a cash, grab, and commercial breeders that are supposedly registered with the Department of Agriculture. The department of agriculture has openly admitted that they are unable to manage the situation, it is time for Congress to remove the department of agriculture from commercial puppy breeding. I have personally, out of sheer frustration, outlined an entire department and its functionality. I do you think anyone would be interested? Of course not.It is time to create a new department within the government called the “Department of Consumer Breeding and Animal Protection” I have personally, out of sheer frustration, outlined an entire department and its functionality. ...This is What Leadership Truly Looks Like. But some people/followers have it backwards. It is not the Leader's job to carry you; his job is to help you up on your own feet. Please read that again. No human can carry another human for too long, let alone carrying several other humans at the same time. That's too much weight, and no, that's not leadership__ it's suicide mission. Your intentions toward any leader should be clear and precise, while having it at the back of your mind that it is your job to carry yourself and follow their Lead. Leaders are willing to help every time they sense your need to want to grow. But then you'd have to show them what you're capable of doing for yourself so that they can figure what better way to improve what you already are doing, or working with, in a way that allows them lead you to your desired results. Leadership is designed to be a win-win process where your leader benefits you by helping you reach your goal, and of course, you in turn help him succeed with you by allowing for constant growth and helping yourself within your best possible capacity. Never leave all the work to the leader, so that you don't end up missing out on opportunities that could have your name on them if only you gave yourself room to improve and excel with their leadership.
