Digital skills are still in huge demand, and it's not too late to start that journey. Recently, somebody called me 'DigiNews', and I gave a broad smile. IYKYK. DigiNews was our weekly digital newsletter circulated to employees to inform them about the happenings within the business. It was my boss's baby and I was the nanny 🙂. It covered everything you could think of, including company policies, product information, jokes, event announcements, treasure hunts for goodies, etc. The consistency of its production and the contents it carried made it a house-hold name within the business. While I thought it was just a business-as-usual execution, our sister companies in other countries took keen interest in implementing same in their countries' operations. There are many other digital executions that can enhance your communication among all stakeholders, and for the rest of this year I'll be training a few people in any area of Digital execution that they prefer.
