Lots of: You, Art Director with a garage band hanging out at Intelligencia, I need you. 🤘 Me, harried hiring manager, hoping you’ll telepathically understand my need as I will be providing no details! 🤷🏻♀️💃🏻 And strangely enough, due to this lack of clarity, very few connections are made as this already short on time hiring manager now needs to sort through the 5 million Art Directors who have responded to see if there might be a match. Spoiler. They may only look at the first few, or maybe none as that is completely overwhelming! And let’s take a lesson from this! When you show up looking for jobs with non descriptive titles such as Marketing Manager, Producer, Creative Director and you don’t add adjectives to tell them what kind? You aren’t helping them or yourself! No one is getting enough information to be able to make a meaningful connection! So if you're interested, please read: - These roles are at Team DDB, the multi-agency entity we built for the U.S. Army. You'd be a DDB employee, but also work closely with partner agencies across the entire marketing spectrum. - We don't want the first thing that comes to mind when you think "Army work." In fact, we need to counter that kind of work. - Full-time, not freelance. Freelancers, your time will come. - If you don't live in Chicago, you'd have to relocate. Hybrid, not fully remote. (Amazing city, where you can afford a bigger place and better food than in NYC, SF, or LA. We'll help you get through the winters.) - ECDs and CCOs, I love you, but you'll have to take my job to get that title.
