The holiday season can spark joy and togetherness, but it can also spark change. As we continue our team’s gratitude series, Michaela Ranaldi Bearden discusses seasons of transition and change and how we can have gratitude for new perspectives. “This past August, two of our three kids moved out for the school year—our oldest to college out of state and the youngest to Italy for a high school year abroad. Our third is adjusting to being the only child at home. Meanwhile, I’ve stepped into my role at InnerWill, and my husband is stepping into a new role within his company. While we sometimes feel overwhelmed by all of the moving parts, I find myself deeply grateful for this season of transition - and often enjoying it! For me, it’s a reminder that change is a source of growth. Transition offers new perspectives and it's important to slow down to reflect and savor the moments. Change is a constant character in our lives. Embrace it, learn from it, and adapt to your new surroundings. If you're in a season of change, how are you embracing the journey?” #change #inspiration #leadership #valuesbasedleadership

Today is my birthday! As my birthday marks the beginning of my new year, I’ve been reflecting on the journey so far. Adaptability has always been one of my strengths—navigating change, people, and challenges with ease. But over time, I’ve realized there’s a fine line between flexibility and compromise. Too often, compromise led to burnout and less fulfillment. For much of my life, I’ve been in a constant fight to survive. And while resilience has served me, it’s also been exhausting. As I step into this new year of my life, I’m shifting gears—from surviving to thriving. This year, I’m prioritizing joy, setting clear boundaries, and embracing life on my terms—all while trusting that God is in control. This isn’t just a personal declaration—it’s a professional one, too. Thriving means showing up fully, making bold moves, and creating lasting impact without losing myself in the process. I’m excited for what’s ahead and am deeply grateful for the lessons that brought me here. Here’s to a year of growth, abundance, and thriving—both personally and professionally. Who else is claiming this year as twenty twenty thrive (2025)? #Reflection #Growth #Leadership #Thriving #Boundaries #Joy #ProfessionalDevelopment

As the year draws to a close, it’s a natural time to reflect on the challenges we’ve faced, the lessons we’ve learned, and the growth we’ve achieved. This year has been one of significant change and adaptation, both personally and professionally. In the workplace, we encountered new challenges that required us to step outside of our comfort zones, think openly, and consider all perspectives to navigate concerns and find solutions. Supporting the team and fostering collaboration has been more important than ever, and I’ve been reminded that understanding the full picture is key to building trust and making informed decisions. On a personal level, change has been a theme as well. With Holly thriving in her role on a cruise ship and Ryan pursuing his football journey in America, our family dynamic has evolved. While it’s been an adjustment not having them close by, seeing them embrace their dreams with such passion and dedication has been a source of immense pride. As we look forward to the year ahead, I’m energised by the new challenges and opportunities that await. Growth comes from embracing change, and I’m excited to see what 2025 holds—both in my career and for our family. Wishing everyone a joyful Christmas and a New Year filled with success, growth, and happiness. Here’s to embracing change and thriving in the face of it! #Leadership #GrowthMindset #Adaptability #Teamwork #Family #Pride #NewBeginnings #EmbracingChange #Inspiration #Motivation #MerryChristmas #HappyNewYear

🌿 Moving Forward with Perspective 🌇 Traveling often brings new perspectives, but not every journey is easy. Recently, I spent time in Phoenix, a trip that was both challenging and reflective. It reminded me that personal and professional growth doesn’t come without difficult moments. This year, 2024, is testing my resilience in ways I couldn’t have anticipated, yet it’s through these challenges that I’ve learned the most. It’s important to remember that what we see on social media is often a highlight reel; the real lessons lie in the quiet moments of reflection and perseverance. Moving forward stronger. #Resilience #Growth #LeadershipJourney #LifeLessons"

🌟 Reflection. Gratitude. Intentionality. Persistence. Steadiness🌟 As the year winds down, these themes dominate our conversations—and for good reason. This time of year invites us to pause and reflect: What have we accomplished? What have we learned from the challenges? Who has supported us along the way? For me, reflection isn’t just about looking back. It’s about identifying how I want to move forward with greater purpose and clarity. 🙌 I’m grateful for: The incredible colleagues and mentors who’ve shared their wisdom. The lessons that came disguised as obstacles. The opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally. Looking ahead, my focus is on steadiness: ✅ Staying grounded while navigating change. ✅ Strengthening relationships within my network. ✅ Maintaining persistence, especially when the road gets tough. What are you reflecting on as we close out the year? Let’s inspire each other—share one thing you’re grateful for or a goal you’re setting for the new year. #Reflection #Gratitude #Persistence #Intentionality #NewYear

Gratitude for 2024: Finding Light in Challenges, Rediscovering Ourselves in Growth As we approach the Lunar New Year, I want to reflect on the past year—on the challenges I faced and the growth I experienced—and express my deepest gratitude to those who supported me along the way. This year has been a journey of ups and downs, filled with moments that reminded me of the strength we find in adversity and the hope that comes from collective support. ✨ Innovation: Courage to Overcome Challenges Every challenge is an opportunity to pave the way for a better tomorrow. I am deeply grateful to my supervisors, whose understanding and adjustments to my workload during my health challenges embodied the spirit of innovation. They reminded me that true progress comes from valuing individuals as much as ideas. ✨ Quality: Strength in Kindness I was moved by my colleagues’ willingness to step up, share responsibilities, and offer their support. Their actions reminded me that "quality" isn’t just about the outcomes we achieve; it’s about the care and commitment we bring to our shared goals. Together, we demonstrated the power of teamwork and dedication. ✨ Commitment: A Guiding Force This year, I was fortunate to work with new colleagues who brought fresh energy and perspectives to our team. Their contributions and empathy, especially during critical moments, reinforced the importance of commitment—not just to our work but to one another. Their actions taught me that commitment is what keeps us moving forward, even through difficulties. ✨ Gratitude for Leadership and Inclusion I’m thankful for our leadership’s professionalism and empathy in moments of uncertainty. Their ability to maintain harmony while allowing me to refocus on my work demonstrated the company’s dedication to both people and progress. ✨ Challenges as Opportunities, Commitment as Strength This year has shown me that every challenge is a chance to grow, every act of kindness strengthens bonds, and every step we take together defines the quality of our journey. Innovation, quality, and commitment are not just values—they are the foundation that keeps us striving for excellence. As we step into a new year, let us carry these principles forward to overcome challenges and embrace opportunities. To every colleague and partner who made this journey brighter—thank you. 🌟 Wishing you all a Happy New Year filled with growth, inspiration, and success!

𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥… As I stand here, reflecting after my 58th birthday, I feel a surge of emotions—curiosity, gratitude, and determination—as I ask myself, "How do I feel at this age?" While many of my peers are planning to rest in the comfort of retirement, I feel alive in a different zone, a zone filled with purpose, passion, and boundless energy… 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬… - - - I have a feel - that there is still so much energy within me, waiting to be channelled into something greater… I have a feel - a deep, emotional yearning - that there is so much more to think, to feel, and to do, by simply embracing who I truly am… I have a feel - of love and compassion, that I can give much more to help make this world into a better place for all… I have a feel - of awe, as I realize how much I can still learn from the brilliant, inspiring souls who surround me on this journey… I have a feel - of empathy, that despite our differences, we all share the same core values, that connect us at the heart of our humanity… I have a feel - of hope and purpose, that I can touch the lives of more corporate leaders and entrepreneurs, guiding them from confusion into clarity, and helping them become the transformative leaders that everyone loves… I have a feel - of conviction, that I can join forces with more Impact Creators, to amplify their impact, and drive real change in society, in our environment, and in their ecosystems… I have a feel - of deep connection and understanding - that all of us, no matter where we come from or what we've been through, desire just three simple things: to be respected for who we are, to love our families, and to joyfully have feast with friends & loved ones … I have a feel - of deep desire to continue my walk with the young in their pursuit of happiness and success... I have a feel - of excitement and possibility that I am not done yet, that there are still mountains to climb and dreams to chase… - - - What about you, how do you feel at your current age? - - - #feel #Purpose #TransformativeLeadership #ClarityCoach #ImpactCreators #Clarity #Impact #Transformation

Why Helping Others Fuels My Passion 🙏 The other day, I received a heartfelt message from someone I had worked with in the past. They shared how our work together had significantly impacted their life, changed the way they think, and helped them believe in themselves again. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. It’s not just about helping people grow their careers—it’s about creating real, lasting change. It’s about making an impact, both professionally and personally. One of the most incredible moments recently was receiving a voice message from a former colleague. They told me how the work we did together truly changed their life. Hearing those words gave me an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pride. I don’t share this to boast, but to reflect on the profound power of what we do as professionals—helping others grow, thrive, and succeed. To that person, you know who you are—thank you for the heartfelt message this week. I am so proud of your turnaround and what you will achieve in the future! If there’s one takeaway here, it’s this: never underestimate the ripple effect of your work and the positive change you can create for others. Have you had a similar experience where someone shared how you impacted their life? I’d love to hear your story. Let’s inspire each other! #CareerGrowth #Gratitude #Leadership #Impact #MakingADifference #Merittas #TheProgressPoint
