Thompson Safety is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and we are a national provider of first aid, safety and fire protection products for all sorts of businesses throughout the US. So we help our clients improve workplace safety and compliance for things like on site service and first aid cabinets, fire extinguishers, things that really make our companies and our customers lives easier while enhancing their workplace safety. The Thompson Safety Team is mostly comprised of three different groups. We have our sales professionals that go out and introduce our services to the marketplace each day, our great service professionals that take care of those customers on an ongoing basis, and then our corporate officers and infrastructure that helps support the field in their efforts. So after starting in 2018 with only three employees, the company has more than doubled every year for six years in a row. As most business leaders know benefits, payroll, compliance can be a complicated web, so we were looking for a partner, and as we looked at Insperity as a PEO, they were able to take care of those details that we were not experts at so we could focus on what we were great at, which was providing safety to companies across North America. When we are growing this quickly and trying to hire and staff and retain top talent, the more we can put on autopilot and the better processes we can get in place, the faster we can go. So that from the day I give a job offer to the day that employee starts Insperity handles everything seamlessly, that makes it a really great experience and easier on me as a manager where I'm not having to do any of those tasks. Great benefits are obviously very important, but accessibility is increasingly important today with the Insperity portal, whether it's on your desktop when you're in the office or on your phone, when you're on the go, having the accessibility to those different apps and solutions and websites makes our lives much easier as managers, especially when we're on the go. Cash compensation is not enough to keep people engaged at work anymore, Insperity has been instrumental in helping us to attract and especially retain really great talent. There were a lot of the perks that they offer to our employees, so things we couldn't do on our own, like health care savings accounts for anyone with an employer, match discount on your cell phone plan. They have so many different perks that they give our employees that we wouldn't have as a small company, that people are looking for the highest praise I can give any payroll benefit in HR company that it's been out of sight, out of mind. That really is exactly what we were looking for when we chose Insperity is to take that workload and stress off of our plate to where we could focus on our business. And as we look at our growth moving forward, we're excited to maintain this partnership, continue to grow the relationship and leverage them and their expertise to scale our business.
