Let’s dive into the MEDDIC universe one more time. It's a potent strategy for qualifying prospects right? However, like always, there are a few pitfalls we should be careful before jump into it. We all made mistakes 🤷♂️ So, I will highlight some important points to check in with yourself. First, start from where you are. Is MEDDIC really your go-to? Consider it if: 📉 Forecasting is a struggle 🎯 You have a well-defined target customer 💼 You're an enterprise SaaS company Adapt it further with MEDDPIC or MEDDPICC if: 📝 Complex contracts are part of the game 🤔 A lot of competition is in the mix If MEDDIC is your go to, then try to specialise in each step and create a solid strategy.
