How do you embed MEDDIC in your day-to-day role? We spoke with Riad Dustagheer on our MEDDIC webinar and he gave some great tips. Here are his top 2: 1. Create a basic MEDDIC template for entering and organising information for every new engagement. Add in some important Metrics and a list of previous customer pain points that you can refer to.  This template helps you to formulate and guide your questions as part of discovery and keeps MEDDIC front of mind. 2. Deal reviews. This is a team exercise that gets everyone analysing their deals, with MEDDIC as the thread that runs through everything. Do you have a top tip for embedding MEDDIC?
