I have a questions for Apurva, If the Alternative Investments have so much returns like 16-18% amd also an equity kicker then why the returns of NPS ( Asset Class A) which invest in alternative investment is so low of 8-10%? 2) why banks are not giving loans to such entities? what is real problems which holds banks from lending to them if there is such a high return? 3) what is the option available to retail investor if such investment fails like the entity or fund in which it invest fails to repay?as in equity we have that stock available for trading and we can exist even at booking say loss of 10-15% if such investment is not doing good Regards Kaustubh

Chris Hamilton had a hip surgery scheduled in May. He met Heidi Ojha on an episode of Self-Funded with Spencer and she said "I think I can help you." Though he was skeptical, he gave it a shot. We are now in June and I'm happy to report that Chris did NOT get his hip replacement. In this LinkedIn LIVE, he gives an overview of his experience with Aware Health. Three main things stood out to me: 1. Get the diagnosis right! Chris has had PT in the past. No PT took the time to understand the root cause of his pain. "This is the best Physical Therapy experience I've had." 2. Convenience: He did our program from his home, hotel rooms, little league games...the convenience helped him adhere to his treatment plan. 3. ROI: Self funded employers can save immediately when they plug in a solution like ours. If Chris hadn't had access to our program, he probably would have ended up in the OR. Hip replacements aren't cheap. (Not counting all the potential downstream costs associated + revision surgeries). I loved this conversation so much - please check it out!

How direct mail prospecting has always worked: ⏰ Find a list broker or data provider. ⏰ Send them your customer data. ⏰ Wait a few weeks for them to build a list of prospects. ⏰ Find a paper supplier and printer. ⏰ Wait a few months for the printer to slot in your production. (Seriously – many brands are being told they had to lock in their BFCM campaigns by early summer to have any chance of going out on time.) ⏰ Send a campaign to the list. ⏰ Wait a couple months. ⏰ Use a bunch of spreadsheets to try to calculate results. ⏰ Start again.
