In the words of Roberto Viola, DG Connect General Director, the human internet “should be designed for humans, so that it can meet its full potential for society and economy and reflect the social and ethical values that we enjoy in our societies.” The values promoted are European ones, such as openness, inclusivity and equality.

Time https://lnkd.in/eiXY3g2U ABOUT THE EVENT In 2021, Results Based Management was endorsed by CARICOM member states, and a pilot was initiated in three countries (Dominica, Jamaica, and St. Lucia) and three regional institutions (CXC, IMPACTS, and CDF). This presentation will highlight: (1) how RBM was operationalized in the pilot countries and organizations, (2) challenges with operationalization, (3) successes since operationalization, (4) lessons learnt during operationalization and since implementation, and (5) whether those in the pilot would recommend the full rollout of RBM in CARICOM governments and regional institutions at this time.
