Did you know? 🤔 The latest research by Pro Bono Economics reveals that 242 out of 650 MPs have publicly advertised their involvement in the charity sector. That's great for the sector. This significant engagement means that almost 40% of MPs have direct experience or connections with charities. For UK charities, this presents a unique opportunity to develop relationships with policymakers who understand their challenges and can advocate for supportive policies. Leveraging these connections could lead to more informed legislation, increased visibility for charitable causes, and stronger support for the sector's critical work. Would love to hear your thoughts on what strategies charities can implement to engage these MPs effectively? #UKCharities #CharitySector #NonProfit #PolicySupport #MPs #CharityAdvocacy
