The Safety Culture Index enables organizations to assess strengths and weaknesses from a cultural standpoint, helping them allocate resources effectively.

The Bradley Curve can be used as a tool for organizations to evaluate the safety culture and identify areas for improvement. By understanding where they are on the curve, organizations can determine what steps they need to take to progress towards a higher level of safety culture maturity. The curve was developed by DuPont in the 1990s and is named after John W. Bradley.

The WOC functionality is a structured checklist available for all documents in our quality management system offering. By pinpointing areas for improvement, WOC supports increased productivity and efficiency. The module encompasses the following key elements: ✅ Identify gaps between current and desired processes ✅ Discover opportunities for employee learning and skill development ✅ Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal procedures ✅ Facilitating targeted feedback during job observation ✅ Evaluate whether established procedures are truly best practice ✅ Log follow-up actions directly in the checklist ✅ Include company general checklist items for all procedures Read more about it here - https://lnkd.in/dx2gwe5A

While I share these common elements, they might differ in specific methodologies, frameworks, or emphasis on particular aspects of safety culture. Understanding these differences can be crucial in selecting the most suitable approach for a given organization or situation.

There's nothing predictable about facilitating the same workshop, even within the same organization. Over the past few months, I’ve been taking two groups from the exceptional Pareto Toolbox team through the PEPworldwide:nz PEP Principles programme. We started with personal efficiency - is everyone in the team doing things right? We looked at personal effectiveness - is everyone in the team doing the right things? Only after these were confirmed could we explore how everyone could work together more effectively. The content of the PEP program doesn't change - I share the same knowledge, tools and techniques every time. But every workshop is different. Different questions. Different hot topics. Different conversations. Different triggers for when I need to abandon my script so that the team can get to the bottom of something that's been frustrating them or holding them back. You never know what's going to happen. And that's the beauty of facilitation. Because it's not about me and my script - it's about helping the people in the room to walk away as a more informed, connected and confident team. #pepworldwidenz #workwelltolivewell
