🌟 Spotlight on Poland's Quantitative Analysts 🌟 Poland is home to hundreds of talented quantitative analysts across cities like Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Poznan, Gdansk, and Lodz. These quants excel in model validation, stress testing, and independent model reviews, crucial for financial stability. Since the 2000s, shared service centers in Poland have recruited quants to support global trading floors and risk teams for major players like HSBC and UBS. These roles require different skills than those at local institutions, focusing on global market exposures. Celebrating the growth of quant teams in Poland, it's clear their expertise strengthens both local and global financial landscapes. #QuantitativeAnalysis #Finance #Poland #SharedServices #GlobalMarkets #FinancialServices #RiskManagement #VeritaHR https://lnkd.in/d7HxMt86
