This charter strengthens relationships based on mutual trust, by contributing to the development actions to meet the needs of territories in logistics real estate and an ambition for ecological transition and economic performance. These actions are carried out consistently with public policies, particularly climate, and in a context of industrial recovery and increased European competition. For the future, in the short, medium and long term, the partnership rules included in this charter will be led to become principles of action shared between its signatories. Their implementation will lead to concrete, measurable effects monitored over time in a sustainable manner, whether for projects future documents, those about to be submitted or those currently under investigation. These commitments are a continuation of the strategy initiated in the fall of 2019 by the Government for France’s logistices competitiveness." "Phased-array antennas and high-speed modems permit reliable digital communications between the ground and fast-moving LEO satellites.
