It is quite a common question:
Why do you work at Boehringer Ingelheim?
There are many reasons, but our annual press conference made our passion very clear - again.
It is the time of the year that many annual reports are presented. Shareholder value, stock market position, more profit, sales, growth and even more money blablabla.
Let’s be honest: Boehringer Ingelheim makes money, too. Quite a bit. But with the right focus, if you ask me.
Because as a family-owned company, not depending on stock markets and shareholders, our annual conference focuses on more than just incremental growth. We thrive whilst contributing to increased human & animal wellbeing, investing in (true, ‘unmet-needs’ kind of) innovation and (a lot) of focus on people and science.
Proud to be part of Boehringer Ingelheim.
