Thanks #PanAgoraPharma CX Summit 2024 for the opportunity to discuss on the topic- “Patients are the new besties of Pharma” It was a great experience to discuss and share the #Patient vs #Consumer mindset, rather lines are blurring between the distinction of a patient - consumer mindset. Also, Applying the lens of 4C’s (in pics below) for #segmentation can help arrive at the right Impact. Impact such as right patient outcomes, shared decision making , higher patient satisfaction, better patient adherence and safety awareness. Grateful will fall short to represent how I feel after this 3-days experience to explore, engage & commit to act to shape the future of Sanofi.
