The 2022–2023 Annual Report from the Office of the Ombud for Mental Health and Employee Well-Being is now available. Throughout that year, the Office of the Ombud focused on connecting with various ISED communities and networks to raise awareness of Ombud services and to better understand members’ needs. Collaboratively, the team addressed workplace issues brought forth by employees, working toward effective solutions. The report presents the Office of the Ombud’s achievements and insights, as well as three recommendations for improving workplace dynamics and addressing community members’ needs. Want to learn more?
