You don't get the chance every day to sit at the same table with such successful people 🙂 Here’s what I learned last night: Success is a mindset game. With the right mindset, you grow. Without it, you don't - Alina Vandenberghe. Ensure your developers talk directly with your clients to ensure your product is successful - Alin Dobra. Great technology alone doesn’t guarantee success. You also need the right marketing and distribution strategies - Jesper Qvist and Loredana Qvist. Think globally, operate locally - Gabriel P.. A top executive with a superstar attitude might decimate an entire team - Octavian Brezoi. Never give up if you know your work is valuable - Costi Neacsu. I do messaging and positioning for SaaS companies. I need to understand how the business operates at all levels to help founders define the right messaging and positioning. It was a fantastic opportunity to discuss with such high-caliber individuals, learn about their internal processes, and discover more about their challenges, pains, and strategies.
