We live in a trust economy, but the problem is most buyers don't trust sellers. Here's the reality... Buyers DON'T trust your case studies – these are the best-case scenarios (or just friends of the company approving what the customer marketer wrote for them 😂). They DON'T care about the awards you received – people know most of these are pay-to-play. "Got more money to spend with us? Congrats, you just won a bigger award!" And they DON'T trust your marketing copy – marketers say whatever they want on the site... in fact, it's probably mostly made up b/c you can say anything! So, what do people trust? Their personal network! That's how people buy today – they're in market for a solution, and then they ask people they already trust. The data proves it... 84% of B2B buyers start the buying process with a referral (LinkedIn). Trust is the name of the game. And I noticed that some of the smartest B2B companies found a new way to take advantage of this. I kept seeing this banner on sites like UserGems 💎, Demandbase, Cognism, and Directive. It's called noble. So, I went to their site to check them out... and I decided to use Noble on Noble 😊 Does this actually work? Turns out, the very first person that pops up is a hit – Trinity Nguyen💎 is someone I already go to for advice! This is so good. And smart. They're connecting me with customers I know and trust. Because, again, this is what buyers already do. This is taking a people-centric approach. Hats off to Rahul Jain for building something actually useful to buyers. And showing the power of your product by using your product!

Converting all your demand in one place has its perks. Like how you can re-use rules, meeting types, teams, and distributions across: 🌶️ Form Scheduling (Concierge) 🌶️ Lead Routing (Distro) 🌶️ Chat (yes, we have a new chat product!) 🌶️ Team Scheduling (Handoff) 🌶️ Email Scheduling (ChiliCal) Change anything in one place and it'll automatically update across everything in Chili Piper. Madeleine Work shared a full demo with Mike Rizzo and Marketing Ops Community. See a BS-free demo: https://lnkd.in/gfAm5WQA

Yeah, that meeting isn't actually happening... It's almost 2025. Why are we still going back and forth over email to find a time? If you actually want them to book a call and show up, just send them your dang calendar.

"Hot takes" are usually either the most obvious advice in the world—or rage bait. So we decided to gather *actual* hot takes from our LinkedIn community and put them to the test. We asked some of our favorite B2B SaaS leaders to rate your hot takes to see if they're actually spicy. The first hot take we're testing comes from Mac Reddin 🦕: "Most sales outreach does more harm than good in the long run." Laura Erdem from Dreamdata shared her thoughts on this take with us 🌶️ What are your thoughts? Ghost pepper hot? Ice cube cold? Or somewhere in between?

Ready to watch your leads fly into the hands of your competitors? 💸 Making your buyers wait to book a meeting with your revenue team is for the birds. 78% of B2B buyers purchase from the vendor that responds first. Make them wait to book, and you'll ultimately pay for it. Instead, route them to the right rep ASAP to capture buyer intent instantly. If you respond within a minute, you'll increase conversions by 391% 🌶️
