Upon the specific request of our customer, a total of 12 fuel injectors from 3 generators were meticulously replaced, meeting all necessary requirements at Yalova Shipyard. ⚓️ 👉🏻 Here is a detailed account of the process: - Initial Assessment: We initiated the process by conducting a thorough assessment of the 12 fuel injectors across the 3 generators. - Inspection and Diagnosis: Each fuel injector was carefully inspected to identify any signs of wear, damage, or suboptimal performance. - Disassembly: Subsequently, the injectors were disassembled meticulously, separating all individual components for a comprehensive evaluation. - Cleaning and Preparations: The components were subjected to a rigorous cleaning process to remove any impurities, deposits, or contaminants. - Component Testing: All cleaned components underwent rigorous testing to ensure they met the specified performance criteria and tolerances. - Replacement of Components: Worn-out or damaged components were systematically replaced with new, high-quality parts to restore optimal functionality. - Precise Reassembly: Following component replacement, the fuel injectors were reassembled with utmost precision, ensuring correct alignment and fit. - Calibration: The reassembled injectors were carefully calibrated to guarantee accurate fuel delivery, consistent with the manufacturer's specifications. - Pressure Testing: The overhauled injectors were subject to comprehensive pressure testing to validate their ability to perform under operating pressures. - Final Inspection: A final, thorough inspection was carried out to verify the correct installation of all components and assure the injectors' proper functioning. - Installation and Validation: The newly overhauled fuel injectors were then installed in the respective generators and rigorously tested to confirm their seamless integration and optimal performance.
