As students, it’s crucial to balance our academic responsibilities with our well-being. One key area to address is our screen time. 📱💻 Here are a few tips to help take control of your screen time: Set Boundaries: Allocate specific times for study and relaxation. Use apps to monitor and limit your screen usage. Take Breaks: Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Prioritize Sleep: Ensure your devices are off at least an hour before bedtime to improve sleep quality. Engage in Offline Activities: Spend time outdoors, read a book, or engage in hobbies that don’t involve screens.
